1. Guaranty Term
One year guaranty: If the component of the machine is broken, we will send them the new freely. But if the component of the machine is broken by the faulty operation, the customers should pay for the new one. If customers need us to go to their factories to mend the machine during the guaranty time, the fee of our workers use during the mending time should be paid by customers. (including food fee and accommodation fee, travel expense, visa fee and so on).
2.We support 24 hours online technical support by email or calling.
3. The customers can arrange their workers come to our company to have the train course and test the machine. During this time, the fee the customers' workers use should be paid by the customers.
If customers are not convenient to arrange workers come to our company. We can arrange our technicians to go to their factories for teaching training course and adjust the machine. During this time, the fee of our workers use should be paid by customers.
4. If the product is not in the guaranty time and some components need to be changed, we will send the new components to them, but the customers should pay for them. If customers need us to go to their factories to mend the machine, it is also available.
