1. The gantry done with 250mm rectangle square steel through secondary quenching, large working load. the whole structure through professional standard emended, can use several decades. The three axis adopted imported straight-quadrate rail.
2. Y axis uses double-motor in-phase drive that ensures the machine equality and smoothly running.
3. Using high accurate pinion and rack transmission. The max speed is 23m/min. It can clearly engrave the 1mm small word.
4. Spindle adopts 3.0KW water-cooling domestic motor which is very powerful and with little noise .It can work continually without maintaining.
